Loa is designed with privacy in mind. We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide our services. Depending on how you use the website or mobile application, we may collect the following:

Some local-only mobile features may work without an account. Cloud sync, web access, and AI features require an account.

To provide the LoA experience, we store your affirmations, journal entries, vision boards, mind movies, 369 method records, scripting journal content, streaks, and preferences. This data is stored locally on your device and optionally synced to our secure cloud if you enable cloud sync.

To improve the app's performance and user experience, we may collect limited, anonymized data such as feature usage patterns, crash reports, and diagnostic logs. This data does not contain personal identifiers such as name, email, or precise location.

How We Use Information

We use collected data only for:

• Providing personalized affirmations and manifestation tools
• Syncing your data across devices (if cloud sync is enabled)
• Processing subscriptions and payments
• Debugging, crash prevention, and improving features
• Personalizing your experience (if you opt in)

AI Processing

When you use AI features, your input text is sent to one of our AI providers to generate affirmations, suggestions, or other content. Generated content is stored in your personal library. We do not retain your raw prompts for training purposes, and we do not use your inputs to train our own models. Depending on the feature, AI processing may be performed by:

Data Retention and Deletion

Your affirmations, journal entries, vision boards, and other practice data are retained as long as you use Loa. If you delete your account, all associated personal data and synced content will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.
