Overview

LoA sells digital subscriptions and software only; no physical goods are sold. This Refund Policy explains our approach to refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes.

Subscription Billing

LoA may offer premium or paid features. Purchases are processed via Stripe (web) or Google Play Billing (Android). Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges, and you retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing period. If you do not cancel before a free trial ends, the paid subscription begins automatically and the same refund terms below apply.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for subscription fees already paid, including unused portions of a billing period, except where required by applicable law or as provided by the applicable platform (Google Play or Apple App Store refund policies). Examples of laws that may apply in certain jurisdictions include the EU/UK 14-day cooling-off right for digital services (which may be waived if you expressly consent to immediate performance) and Japan’s Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.

Billing Disputes

If you notice an unauthorized or incorrect charge, please contact us first via our contact page. If we cannot resolve the issue, you may contact your payment provider (RevenueCat, Google Play, or Apple) in accordance with their dispute process. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension of your account until resolved.
