What is EFT tapping?

The EFT tapping points
1. **Karate chop** — Side of the hand (small finger side)
2. **Eyebrow** — Inner edge of the eyebrow
3. **Side of eye** — On the bone at the outer edge of the eye
4. **Under eye** — On the bone directly under the pupil
5. **Under nose** — Between nose and upper lip
6. **Chin** — Between lower lip and chin
7. **Collarbone** — Just below the collarbone
8. **Under arm** — About four inches below the armpit
You tap each point 5-7 times with your fingertips while stating your focus phrase.

**Setup statement (while tapping karate chop):**
"Even though I believe I am not worthy of [desire], I deeply and completely accept myself."
**Tapping sequence:**
Tap through all eight points while stating the limiting belief:
"I am not worthy of [desire]"
"I am afraid it will not happen"
"I do not believe I am good enough"
**Reframing round:**
After the negative round, tap through again with positive statements:
"I am learning to believe I am worthy"
"It is safe for me to receive [desire]"
"I release my fear and welcome my desire"
