Sigil Creation: designing symbols of desire

A sigil is a symbol you create to represent a specific desire or intention. It is derived from a written statement of your desire by removing vowels and repeating letters, then combining the remaining letters into an abstract design.

Sigils work on the principle that symbols bypass language and logic. Your conscious mind does not know what the sigil means, so it cannot argue, doubt, or resist. Your subconscious, however, retains the original intention and works on it below the level of conscious awareness.

**Step 1: Write your desire**
State it in the present tense: "I AM CONFIDENT IN ALL SITUATIONS"

**Step 2: Remove vowels and repeating letters**
Keep only unique consonants in order: M, N, F, D, T, L, S

**Step 3: Combine into a symbol**
Arrange the letters into an abstract, aesthetically pleasing design. Add curves, lines, and shapes until it looks like a unique symbol rather than letters.

**Step 4: Activate the sigil**
Charge it with energy through visualization, meditation, or emotional focus. Some people burn the paper, bury it, or gaze at it during a trance state.

**Step 5: Forget the original meaning**
Let your conscious mind forget what the sigil represents. This is key. The subconscious remembers even when the conscious mind forgets.

- **Be ethical** — Do not create sigils that manipulate or harm others
- **Be specific** — Vague sigils create vague results
- **Destroy the original statement** — Keep only the symbol
- **Do not obsess** — After activation, let go
- **Place the sigil where you will see it** — Wallpaper, jewelry, or a journal
